I recently had a wonderful two-night stay at a hotel nestled amidst breathtaking landscapes. The location, just a short 15-minute walk from the train station, allowed us to easily escape the hustle and bustle of the city and embrace the tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel owner provided excellent service and was incredibly helpful in organizing various trips and activities. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the two balconies, allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty of the area.
All was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the amazing views of the surrounding valleys and mountains to the spacious and clean rooms, everything was superb. The location was perfect and very convenient since it was close to major attractions around the area, as well as being right near the smallest train station we have ever been to, which was perfect for getting on the road to our next stop. Additionally, breakfast was magnificent, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff was extremely helpful, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the rooms and the stunning view that we had from our room. We were in awe of the outstanding views in BOTH directions - it was truly breathtaking. The location right by the train tracks was perfect for our hiking trip to Ella Rock. Being right next to the Kital Ella train station, just one stop before Ella city, made it so convenient for us to explore the area. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were all well-maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
There was honestly nothing that we could fault about this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Spent new year at a resort in the middle of nowhere but had a great view of the sunrise. the staff were friendly and the rooms were cozy. They provided us with complementary tea and coffee which was lovely considering how cold it was. the location was perfect for anyone who wanted seclusion. We could do regular trekking in the nearby hills and explore the scenery.
The resort was cut off from the outside world, with limited transportation options. the nearest town is almost an hour's drive away and there were no shops in walking distance.

The views from the hotel room were breathtaking, with a great balcony to sit and admire the scenery. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome and at home. the location was perfect for a romantic getaway, with plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
We had trouble getting around due to the hotel's remote location and lack of transportation options. We found ourselves stranded at times, with no way to get into town or explore nearby attractions.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
